Clinical Lead - Flexible Hours - Maidstone Companion Care
Looking to make your move into leadership?
With a package to £70K our Clinical Lead role might just be your next step!
At Maidstone Companion Care we’re looking for an experienced Vet to join our established and friendly team as Clinical Lead.
We have a purpose built practice, state of the art equipment and offer support and development from our highly experienced regional team, to support you in your transition to leadership. One day you might even have your eye on partnership and, if so, this is an option here too!
We’re a small, stable team at Maidstone and this new position will lead and develop our colleagues, guiding the practice, with its loyal and expanding client base and varied caseload, to deliver top class clinical standards and client care.
Maidstone Companion Care is conveniently located on South Aylesford Retail Park, close to the M20 and main bus routes for commuting purposes. Maidstone, a large county town in its own right, is located in the heart of Kent’s beautiful ‘garden of England’ countryside and is just over an hour from London and plenty of international airports.
This makes it the perfect location for enjoying outdoor adventures or city nightlife outside of work and we work hard to ensure all of our team maintain a good work/life balance to do make the most of this.
This position can be flexible full or part time hours, with some weekends on a fair rota basis, shared with the rest of the team, and there are no out of hours requirements.
We’re generous with our CPD offering, which colleagues are actively encouraged and supported to use to further their interests and develop their skills in a direction of their choosing. So, if you want to pursue a post graduate qualification or certificate, we’re happy to help!
As standard we offer all the benefits you’d expect from a major employer (pension, healthcare, paid memberships competitive salary etc.) plus a few more, such as excellent career progression, exclusive lifestyle and shopping discounts, and relocation packages from within or outside the UK, including visa sponsorship if wanted (we’re an A+ rated sponsor).
So, if you share our passion for delivering outstanding pet healthcare, exceptional customer service and would like to join our team, then we would love to hear from you.
