The Role

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Veterinary Nurse to join O’Shea & Bramley & Breen Veterinary Hospital! 
 
You will be expected to perform general nursing duties as well as assisting our veterinary surgeons during surgery, administering medication, advising owners on pet welfare, all whilst working as part of a team.

Your shifts would cover up to 40 hours over 4.5 days per week. You will also work half day 1:6 out of hours, this is included in your 40 hours.
 
Salary for the role is up to €34,000 depending on experience + Relocation allowance up to £500.

We are based in the Sunny South-East of Ireland and located in Wexford town. Wexford is renowned for its beaches and great night life with something to interest everyone. Our practice has all mod cons & we have a great support team which enables our nurses to practice what they are qualified to do.

 About the Team and Culture

We have 9 Veterinary Surgeons, 5 nurses, 1 trainee nurse and 9 support staff. The ideal candidate should be able to work well within a team. We work closely with our local W.S.P.C.A and run charity events every year in aid of them.

Experience would be ideal, but we have a fully funded new graduate programme as well.
