Beaumont (Kidlington)
This entirely new role has been created to help support our growing practice.
Ideal for an RVN who is looking for a change of scene, that is passionate about sharing their skills and supporting the progression of others who is possibly looking for flexibility in their schedule.
We are a Tier 2 RCVS Accredited and ISFM Silver Certificated, 3 branch practice based in and around the beautiful city of Oxford. All 3 sites are training practices. We are well equipped, offering aseptic theatres, multi-parameters, bair huggers, x-ray, ultrasound and dentistry at all 3 branches. We also offer laparoscopic procedures and orthopaedics from out Kidlington branch, alongside a visiting Cardiac Specialist and Physiotherapist. Our team have interests in exotic pets and reptiles, hold medical, surgical, acupuncture and behaviour certificates and other interests are fully encouraged.
Our mission is to support fulfilling careers for all team members in a fun and encouraging environment, while maintaining high standards of care for our patients and clients. We are growing our Beaumont family and scope of service at present so our team and clinical care are at the centre of what we do.
We are looking for someone for a minimum of 2 days/16 hours per week, working across 2 of our 3 sites. Flexible hours/days happily accommodated
The ideal candidate would be a clinical coach/supervisor for up to 5 of our students, would ideally be able to train PCA's and other nurses to a high standard, possibly writing in house CPD.
Administration time would also be provided to complete paperwork for students logs/write learning plans/CPD.
Pay dependant on experience, starting from £25000 per year, pro rata.
