The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team here at Bishopbriggs Veterinary Centre!
Here no two days will be the same, but some duties will include dermatology, medical cases and typical surgeries such as neutering, mass removals, dentistry.
Varied caseload covering both first opinion and surgery. Working up to 40 hours a week (full time but flexible on this), 4-day week, 1 in 4 Saturdays (consults only 9am-12pm), no ooh or on call
Salary for the role is up to £63,000 depending on experience + Relocation allowance up to £5,000.
About Us
2 branch practice, the main branch having been recently refurbished. We are dedicated to providing top-quality care and to help us deliver this we have 3 consult rooms, theatre, radiography, ultrasound, dental and separate cat and dog wards. We are within easy reach by road and rail to Glasgow city.
About the Team and Culture
Our wonderful team consists of 14 vets, 6 nurses, 9 support staff. We have 3 CD's, 2 of which are vetGDP advisors for new graduates.
We have one vet going through a medical certificate and any specific interests are welcomed.
Applicant Requirements
Must be MRCVS registered and have some surgical experience. The candidate will fit right in by being a supportive team player and good communicator.
