Veterinary Surgeon - Exeter Vets4Pets

We want to help you find your best work-life balance so even though we’re looking for a full-time vet, we’re also very open to talking about more flexible hours to suit you and your commitments and interests outside of work.

You’ll be joining a team of 3 Vets, 9 RVNs, 2 with a BVNA certificate in Dentistry and 1 studying towards ISVPS Dental certificate and another studying towards ISVPS EC&C, along with 7 client care advisors. 

Working within our practice will offer you a wide and varied caseload with plenty of opportunity for surgery, to work up your medical cases and advance your career. You’ll have complete clinical freedom and with a higher-than-average percentage of insured patients, you’ll be able to work up your cases to the highest standard of care.

In return, we’re looking for a veterinary surgeon who is comfortable with all aspects of a first opinion practice and who is capable of sole charge.
This is a role that is tailored to fit your needs and we’re open to finding a rota that works for you. We also make sure that we only have short consult blocks to give you time to catch up. Additionally, if you are looking to study for a certificate, we would be very glad to support you.

Exeter Vets4Pets is a purpose built and spacious practice, RCVS Accredited with a wide range of equipment: digital X-rays, dental X-ray, ultrasound machine, in-house lab, blood-pressure machine, ECG, laser therapy and Endoscopy.
