Job Details

The Role 

Here at Kingston Vets, we are looking for a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team. The role will include assisting in the daily running and all routine operations, running nurse clinics, putting up and dispensing prescriptions, to support with the learning of the trainee nurses, and to offer the best customer and animal care to our clients and animals.

The rota will involve working 40 hours per week over 5 days between the hours of 8:30am-7:00pm. There will be 1 in 4 weekends and no out-of-hours.

The salary will be up to £31,000 depending on experience.

Kingston Veterinary Group has a wide client base of small animal, farm and equine clients in both Somerset and Dorset. Over the years, the practice has expanded with a small animal surgery in Yeovil and equine branches located in Longburton and Buckhorn Weston. In October 2018 the practice started its daily running under the management of Independent Vet Care. Kingstone Veterinary Group has always strived for the highest in client and animal care, this move increases the resources available to the practice in order to keep achieving this.

Our team consists of dedicated and committed Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses and Support Team.
