Three Valleys (Irvinestown)

Farm Animal Vet – Irvinestown

Are you a Farm Vet looking for a role that will offer a good work life balance? Do you want to join a progressive veterinary practice?

Three Valleys Veterinary is a mixed animal veterinary practice, first established in 2001. The practice operates from premises in Irvinestown (County Fermanagh) and Fivemiletown (County Tyrone).

We are a well-equipped and pro-active eleven clinical vet mixed practice, with a mix of full and part time clinicians. All our vets have access to Total Vet/Vet Impress software along with access to Easi-scan scanners. We look after a number of progressive dairy farms, plus a range of beef, sheep and small holding enterprises. As part of the CVS group, we have a Diploma holder working within the Northern Ireland region, who works alongside our vets to support and encourage ongoing development. As a practice, we also have a vet with a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice who is keen to support with learning and development.

We operate on a 1 in 4 OOH rota, with 2 days offered off in lieu of each weekend worked. This is beneficial for someone wanting to achieve a fulfilling career whilst maintaining a good work – life balance.

This is a permanent position and we welcome applications from candidates requesting both a full-time or part-time position with flexibility to suit you and us. Candidates with experience are preferred, however applications from new graduates will also be considered.

You will receive a comprehensive range of benefits including:
  • Up to 7 weeks holiday + Bank Holidays' (of equivalent time off if on rota for clinical roles) with our Buy and Sell Holiday Scheme
  • Attractive salary starting from New Graduate £33,000 up to £46,000 (DOE, non-senior role)
