The Practice
We are a large multi-site practice established since 1973. We have a busy caseload and have an experienced veterinary team with a wide range of clinical interests. We are looking to recruit an experienced vet with a strong surgical interest. We have a busy surgical caseload and we are keen to develop the surgeries that we can perform in house to include osteotomy techniques for cruciate repair, in house fracture repair and laparoscopic speys.
We are aiming to recruit a strong surgeon with appropriate experience to facilitate this development of our practice. An applicant with a surgical certificate or aiming to complete a certificate would be looked upon favourably
Our aim is to provide a professional, caring, veterinary service to our clients and their animals. Our vets are friendly and highly experienced. We have an excellent support team of nurses and receptionists who are dedicated and committed to providing the highest standard of care to our clients and their animals.
Ryder-Davies & Partners provide care for small animals, equine and small holders. Our veterinary nurses also offer a range of nurse clinics including puppy parties, weight loss clinics and dental checks. Our diagnostic and treatment facilities include a laboratory, dental facilities,
X-Ray, ultrasound, ECG and operating theatre. We are proud to provide our own 24-hour emergency service.
The well-equipped independent practice in the Coastal Suffolk area, offers beautiful countryside and coastline to explore in your down time, with good transport links to London and the Midlands.

Company
VetFinders is a recruitment business with a social mission at its heart. We are more than a recruitment business whose only aim is to make a profit, this isn’t us! We aim to make a profit of course we do but we work with a number of charities giving back to the industry we love. Giving is at the heart of our business, we work with the local college Askham Bryan sponsoring two nurse students through their studies, have worked with Street Vet advertising their roles for free, donate to a local charity helping disabled and life limiting children with animal therapy and work with Blue Cross. When we place candidates in a new role we donate enough to pay for a Blue Cross nurse for the day. ‘A dream job for you, a Blue Cross Nurse paid for too.
