Medivet Bracknell Harmans Water are currently seeking Head Registered Veterinary Nurse on a fixed-term contract, to cover maternity leave. The role will involve all aspects of nursing, as well as the day-to-day running of the practice, previous experience working in a small animal practice, is essential.

In this role you will be responsible for a variety of nursing duties as well as sharing bespracticesce with your team and helping to support and develop the student nurses in your practice. You will be working 40 hours per week with 1 in 4 weekend shifts as well as a fair share of bank holiday and on call.

  • Salary of £32,500
  • £750 CPD allowance and in-house CPD available

Harmans Water is a leafy suburb of Bracknell close to the M3 and M4 with good transport links to Reading and London.

The practice has an extensive client base and sees a good range of clinical and surgical cases. You will be in a well-equipped practice that offers a wide range of services including digital X-ray, doppler blood pressure and an internal lab with ease of access to nearby Medivet practices that specialise in laparoscopic surgery, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, dermatology, medicine, ultrasonography, dentistry, exotics and ophthalmology. The practice itself has fantastic facilities including a large staff room and garden.
