Looking for a practice that gives you dedicated admin time to protect your work life balance?

Excited to work cases up fully?

Want a salary of £32,000 to £70,000?

Our team here at Claremont has 6 vets ranging from new grads to experienced certificate holders and are always happy to help each other out and teach each other new things. We have a friendly and helpful support team consisting of dedicated receptionists, RVNS, SVNs and PCAs.

We really value work life balance and are therefore happy to discuss flexible working options including part-time, specific hours, consulting only roles. Our practice has a dedicated operating theatre and an imaging suite with CR x-ray and ultrasound, laparoscopic equipment, ultrasonography and endoscopy. We also have a dedicated dental area with dental radiography and well equipped in-house laboratory. Hospitalised patients are cared for in our separate cat and dog wards where we have walk in kennels for our larger dogs and a quiet and peaceful area for our feline friends.

The team are very proud of our vet diary -there is plenty of admin time so you can catch up on notes, phone calls, research and CPD. Regular vets meeting and QI/clinical governance meetings are held to ensure that team members remain happy, can discuss difficult cases and ensure continuing improvements to standard of care can be made. In addition, well behaved pets are welcome at work and you can walk your dog at lunchtime at the seafront or the nearby common.

Overall, Claremont is a lovely place to work, with adequate time to fully work up cases, support to learn new skills and a relaxed and friendly environment.

We know that benefits are key, and that your personal benefits priorities will differ from others. Holidays, pensions, discounts, paternal leave, fee payments or share save schemes might be your priority. Flexible working is essential for others, and we are very open to finding a creative working pattern that suits. For clinical staff, CPD is probably critical. Just so you know we offer a wide range of amazing CPD – you'll have access to Knowledge Hub, the best online veterinary learning resource within the industry - and we also offer an allowance to spend on external courses too. If you'd like to learn more, do feel free to contact the recruiter managing this campaign and ask them to talk you through our offerings. Or, if easier, you can find a list at on our careers site CVS Employee Benefits- what we can offer you. (cvsukltd.co.uk)
