About us:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon at our Chafford Hundred practice.

The successful candidate will be a driven, dynamic, ambitious individual with exceptional communication skills.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of UK (or UK equivalent) small animal experience who practices to a very high standard using an evidence-based approach.

There are partnership opportunities available for the right individual, so an interest/experience in business and leadership is also desirable.

The role:

This role covers 40 hours a week, spread across 4 working days per week, providing a great work-life balance. The shift pattern includes 1:3 Saturdays.

Full-time salary package up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience to include:

• - 5 weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays
• - 4-day working week with 1:3 weekends
