Job Details

Global Talent Partners are delighted to work with a well-established practice in DeKalb County, Georgia. The practice is seeking a Full-Time Chief of Staff who possesses 5+ years' experience (ideally 7 - 10 years' experience).

You will ideally possess prior management experience and must be capable of practising veterinary medicine confidently and independently.


You will be supported in your role by various departments and individuals including field director, field practice manager, Chief Medical Officer, and administrative support who will deal with back office responsibilities. You will also have a team supporting you in your daily tasks, the team includes 2 customer service representatives and 2 veterinary technicians.


The practice is equipped with modern tools including full suite IDEXX lab, digital x-ray, ultrasound, cold laser, digital dental x-ray, and a completely outfitted surgical suite. There are also spacious examination and treatment rooms.
Your schedule will consist of 40 hours per week with flexibility regarding days and times. There are no emergency and no evening hours thus ensuring excellent work/life balance.
The base salary is incredibly competitive and highly regarded ($140,000 - $160,000) with additional sign on bonus and guaranteed bonuses.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • DVM/VMD/NAVLE degree or equivalent from an accredited university
  • 5+ Years' Experience (ideally 7 - 10 years' experience)
  • Georgia State License
  • Sole Charge Experience
  • Proficient Medical and Surgical (soft tissue surgery) Experience
  • A compassionate, empathetic and energetic veterinarian
  • A strong communicator who loves building rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients
  • A person who possesses strong emotional intelligence and is a team player
