Small Animal Vet required for Highcroft (flexible working patterns)

Are you a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon looking to work in a friendly and supportive team?

Do you struggle to find flexible working hours, which really do suit you?

We are a dedicated small animal veterinary practice with a wonderful team of vets and nurses who will support you in your role in our well-equipped practice.

This role would suit a vet surgeon with proven experience who is happy with all routine surgical procedures, medical work ups and consultations.

This is a permanent position where we really are open to hearing what works for you, below is an idea of some of the rota patterns we could offer you.

The role will involve being included on our inpatient on-call rota, with less than 1-week night per week on duty.
  • 40 hours per week with 1 in 8 full weekends at Midsomer Norton, Saturday 9.00 – 17.00, Sunday 10.00 – 16.00 and 1 in 8 Saturdays at Frome Consult only Saturday 9.00 – 17.00.
  • A 2 week on 2 week off working rota
  • Consulting only position
  • A position based at one of our branches in Batheaston or Frome if preferred
