A very different admin job!

Would you like to be part of a team responsible for ensuring that blood and other sample submissions are booked into our system accurately and quickly, and results are transmitted to veterinary practices promptly, enabling high animal welfare? Would you also enjoy providing excellent telephone customer care?

Our team consists of people with a variety of backgrounds and there is NO need to have previous experience in the admin or animal industry. Full training provided.

Due to continued business growth and promotion, we are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our busy, hard-working, friendly administration team, supporting our service provision to veterinary practices nationwide and abroad. Precise, fast data entry skills are essential, along with the ability to notice small but important detail. Must remain focused and calm under pressure. Customer care is integral to our business and so the candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and a “can do” attitude.

The hours of work are 6am to 3pm Tuesday to Friday, and Saturdays 6am to midday.

Starting salary £9.78 per hour (Level 1), rising to £10.55 per hour (Level 2) on successful completion of probation period, plus potential for further increase depending on additional responsibilities.
