Senior Clinical Director role – Armagh, Tyrone and Fermanagh

Our brand new CVS Farm Vets Northern Ireland are delighted to open applications for our Senior Clinical Director role. This position is open to candidates from either veterinary clinicians or experienced operational leaders.

In your new role you will be leading a team of over 30 veterinary surgeons, 30 administrators and practice managers across 8 sites in the counties of Armagh, Tyrone and Fermanagh, with the vision to expand.

Ideally for this role you will have expertise in change management as we look to transform our business from a group of five individual practices into a modern, progressive farm veterinary services provider.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine
• 5 years demonstrable experience of a strong track record of success in improving operational efficiency, demonstrating a key eye for detail, delivering standards of excellence and leading, inspiring and motivating teams to maximise results.
• 3 years' experience of understanding of profit and loss account dynamic across a multi-site business.
• 3 years' experience of planning, organising and prioritising across a large stakeholder group.
• 2 years' experience of excellent commercial acumen via working within a role whereby the business was enhanced and grown.
• Demonstrable experience of overseeing a medium-sized change programme.
• Demonstrable experience of building relationships, with excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels in the business.
• Awareness of the key issues and themes affecting the Northern Ireland Farming industry.
