Who Are We?

At Astonlee we are committed to providing excellent new graduate development, by providing a programme that offers you the right support network and clinical mentoring in your practice, as well as dedicated CPD days throughout the year - CPD days that allow you to share experiences with fellow graduates, whilst also supporting you with clinical skills, business insight, wellbeing support and resilience techniques from the start.

Do you like structure in your working week? A 4-day week at Astonlee consists of two 8am-5pm consultation shifts, and two 8am-8pm operating shifts - with a short consulting period in the evening. Our 1-in-4 Saturday shift is an 8am-5pm call on the day consulting shift, with time in the middle of the day for emergency procedures.

You will be working alongside experienced vets and nurses who will provide consistent support, and challenge, to maximise your clinical development. We provide ample administrative and Vet GDP time, continued direction from a supportive Clinical Director, and access to a huge network of clinical support from our Hub Clinical Leads (HCLs) and Advanced Clinical Services Network (ACSN).
