Then this could be for you…

Here at Coopers Vets we are lucky to be based in a well-equipped purpose built, RCVS and ISFM accredited practice that also benefits from having digital x-ray, ultrasonography facilities and an in-house laboratory. Our practice is looking for an experienced Vet or seasoned Clinical Director to help guide our team and practice forward. As our new Clinical Director or Head Vet you will be responsible for leadership and staff development, maintaining our high standards of client and patient care and identifying ways in which we can improve.

You will liaise closely with the Regional Director and Hub Clinical Lead to ensure the practice continues to deliver outstanding service. We are able to offer a very attractive salary of up to £77K DOE plus bonus scheme with fully funded CPD for this role.

Flexible working is essential for others, and we are very open to finding a creative working pattern that suits. For clinical staff, CPD is probably critical. Just so you know we offer a wide range of amazing CPD – you'll have access to Knowledge Hub, the best online veterinary learning resource within the industry - and we also offer an allowance to spend on external courses too. If you'd like to learn more, do feel free to contact the recruiter managing this campaign and ask them to talk you through our offerings.
