Job Details

Supportive learning and development environment working alongside an experienced branch partner, small close knit team, flexible working options, the support of local neighbouring practices and the regions 24 hour hospital, loyal client base.

We are looking for a vet who would like to develop their skills both medically and surgically as part of a supportive, close knit team working alongside an experienced Branch Partner who is eager to develop your skills and support you in your role.

The Medivet Anfield team includes two experienced branch partners, RVN, SVN, Patient Care Assistant and dedicated Client Care Assistant. You will also become part of a larger support network of vets and nurses within the region. Including having the support of our neighbouring practice Medivet Orrell Park and their large experienced team and equipment. Plus the support of the regions hub, Medivet Alder 24 hour hospital, with access to vets with special interests in surgery, medicine, imaging and emergency and critical care and the hospitals extensive equipment including a CT scanner and laparoscopy services.

Allowing for a remarkable degree of case ownership whilst working up cases to a very high level alongside experienced clinicians, promoting our priority to deliver exceptional care.  We also run regional CPD events to share knowledge and skills and build relationships across the region.

Salary up to £59,100 dependent on experience for full time

Medivet Anfield is a hugely successful, growing practice with a large loyal client base and fantastic close knit team. The practice plays a large role in the local community and sees a wide array of interesting cases on a daily basis. Due to its recent expansion in client numbers and ongoing success we have upcoming plans for expansion and refurbishment of the current building.

Medivet Anfield works very closely with neighbouring practice Medivet Orrell Park, sharing skills, knowledge and equipment making you feel part of a much larger, supportive team.
