The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to come and join our team at Avenue Veterinary Centre, Grantham. We are offering a full-time position working 37 hours per week, including 1:5 weekends and no out-of-hours, but inpatient care if required. Your main duty will be to support our vets and other nurses in the day-to-day run-ning of the practice, carrying out theatre work, laboratory, kennel care and nurse-led clinics. The salary for this role is up to £25,000 depending on experience.

Avenue Veterinary Centre is a small animal veterinary practice based in Grantham, Lincolnshire with direct access to the A1. We pride ourselves on providing the highest standards of veterinary care in a professional and friendly environment. Our facilities include separate dog and cat wards, digital radiography, ultrasound, two separate operating theatres and a fully equipped lab.

By far the best part of our practice is our amazing team, we have 6 dedicated vets, supported by 5 registered veterinary nurses, a veterinary care assistant and a fantastic reception team.
