Head Registered Veterinary Nurse - Peterborough Welland Road

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our Peterborough Welland Road branch.

The ideal candidate will share our passion for delivering outstanding client and patient care and will enjoy working in a supportive and nurturing environment. You should possess a positive attitude and a desire to progress and expand your own knowledge and skills further.

You will be responsible for managing the nursing team and will also share responsibility for inpatient care and theatre work with other nursing staff. You will be expected to support the less experienced members of the practice in order to help them to build on their knowledge and skills.

This a full time permanent position, covering 40 hours a week.

Medivet Peterborough Welland Road is a busy, small animal first opinion practice which offers a wide range of complex diagnostic equipment and treatment options including endoscopy, ultrasound and dental x-ray.

We are fortunate to have a lovely client base who are very willing to go the extra mile when it comes to their pets. Our 2-3 vet team are therefore kept busy with an exciting range of surgeries and consults as well as providing home visits to pets in need.
The practice is situated close to the A1/A47 and a 10 minute drive to the train station.
