The role: Vet needed for maternity cover, ideally with 1+ years experience.

Excellent opportunity to learn from 2 surgery certificate holders in a well equipped practice with extensive orthopaedic kit, laparoscopy, dental radiography, slit lamp, tonometer and laser, in addition to the usual kit.

Excellent RVN: vet ratio and a friendly and supportive team.

A 4-day week with the same day off every week, one-in-3 Saturday mornings and no OOH will allow you to achieve a good work-life balance in this wonderful part of the South Coast, with Brighton and the South Downs in easy reach.

Joining our professional, personable team in the practice, you’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always.

As qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team. Sharing our values being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you will have all the softer skills essential to working effectively, building trusting relationships with your colleagues, harnessing our one team culture. You will also display good communication skills and the desire to share your knowledge and skills by being an outstanding, positive example to others.
