With structured days, no long hours, consultations by appointment, a wide range of clinical treatment options and medicines and no OOH you can help to deliver great outcomes for patients and clients. Consultations are 15 minutes, but the practice firmly believes that to provide a high standard of owner and pet compliance, longer consultation appointments can be arranged to enhance history taking and client interaction.
- Clinical Freedom
The practice believes in Clinical freedom on treatment options, you’re not restricted to limited ranges of medicines. We find having the clinical liberty to provide safe and sound medicines under the cascade system when possible, the best way to ensure patients, get the treatment they need, as cost effectively as possible.
- Work life balance
Being independent means that the rotas can be flexible and accommodating to individual needs of every team member. The days/ rotas are structured with regular and genuine breaks.
Team support is essential to the practice, and in abundance, sharing and reviewing caseloads, having open dialogue and conversations with peers over coffee, and sharing clinical experience is important to us.
Very supportive and happy to encourage all CPD, just pick the course that suits you and we will accommodate this. We encourage networking with other Veterinary professionals, attending shows, festivals and workshops, online courses and sometimes the ‘lunch and learns’ with pharmaceutical companies!
