Flexitime Veterinary Surgeon - Chorley 24 hour, Greater Manchester

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join our 9 vet Medivet Chorley branch. 

Working alongside experienced vets, you would be fully supported in your role and part of a team committed to providing excellent client and patient care. Our practice has a friendly client base who appreciate the personal service we provide.

This role would suit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with at least 2 years of experience. The role will function in an environment where colleagues support each other by sharing skills and knowledge, to give our patients the best outcomes. The successful candidate will have great communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop surgical skills.

This role is 4 days a week with either 1:3 Saturday or Sunday shifts or a 1:6 full weekend. Part-time/flexible working options are available please email carlie.smith@medivet.co.uk for more information. 

Salary & Benefits

Salary package up to £64,100 dependent on experience

Accommodation allowance of £6,600

Vehicle or vehicle allowance of £2,500

£1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days CPD leave

VDS, RCVS, and BVA fees paid

We are fully equipped to carry out medical workups and surgical procedures and you would be fully supported by our team of vets and nurses. Equipment of the branch includes ECG/X-Ray/Ultrasound/Operating theatre with plans for a CT in the future.
