The role:

This role offers a starting salary of £32,500 plus a £2000 London weighting allowance and £750 CPD allowance.

Salary, hours, and benefits:

  • - Starting salary £32,500 per annum

  • - Hours 08:30-18:00 and 10:00-19:00 / 38.66 hours per week
  • - £750 CPD allowance with 2-days CPD leave and in-house CPD available

  • - Fair share of bank holiday cover at Camberwell 24-Hour with time back in lieu

Key accountabilities:

  • In this role you will assist with the financial and operational performance of your practice as well as the overall team performance and engagement.
  • You'll take pride in the delivery of exceptional clinical quality and care, encouraging a progressive clinical culture. And, ensure Medivet policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to by all of your team. 
  • You'll work closely with the Lead Vet as well as our wider teams to ensure the general smooth running of your practice, from Practice Standards to Health & Safety, and ensure things such as debt are managed and controlled and any complaints are dealt with appropriately. 
  • As a Head Nurse and Clinical Coach, you will develop your SVN in the branch, holding one to one and providing regular feedback on their performance, as well as taking action to create a positive environment that results in stable retention for your branch.

Medivet Surrey Quays is a busy clinic with a loyal client base in South London.

It is the perfect opportunity for someone keen to develop a practice, working with the clinic's passionate Lead Vet to unlock its true potential!

We are seeking a qualified RVN with ideally 2-years of experience to complete our team. Clinical Coach experience or willingness to become a clinical coach - we are happy to provide you with the relevant training. 

This branch is a busy single vet practice that operates closely with our branch in Southwark. It's also close to our hospital in Camberwell for CT imaging. 

The practice is very close to the Jubilee Line and the Overground stations. There are lots of parks and green spaces nearby.
