We have now begun our search in finding a New Graduate who is looking to join a very busy hospital site to begin their careerbased in Northampton. The hospital is offering a 4-day week, competitive salary and many staffing benefits. Have a look below for more details!

A very proud independent hospital in the Bedfordshire area, with two surrounding sites supporting the hospital practice.

Their team is constantly growing due to the success of the practice and the popularity amongst their clients. The advanced Vet team already contains certificate holders in Medicine and Pathology, Advanced Practitioner, with also diplomas and interests in Exotics, Cardiology, Zoology and Feline Medicine, plus many more.

The hospital is now fully kitted out with some of the latest facilities including 7 Consults Rooms, Dental and Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, Endoscopic Equipment, 5 Separate Wards, Plus many more.

New Graduates would be expected to join the practice's OOH On-Call rota but are fully supportive by other experienced members of staff to ensure they are comfortable in all areas of practice and case-loads. The management also provide a comprehensive induction and ongoing support throughout your early development.

Rota:
4 or 5 Days per week
40 Hours per week (Mix of days, lates and occasional nights)
1:5Weekend requirements
On-call rota


Key Duties
They want their newly qualified staff to jump straight into the mixer and be exposed in all areas of practice to fully immerse themselves in the clinical work. There is constant support and encouragement from the practice's Clinical Directors and experienced surgeons to make sure no surgeon feels out of depth or stranded.
