Head Equine Veterinary Nurse required at Troytown Grey Abbey Hospital
Would you like to work with Ireland's leading equine hospital?
Are you looking for a varied and interesting caseload?
We have an exciting opening for an experienced Equine Veterinary Nurse to join our team of 4 other Nurses at Troytown GreyAbbey Equine Veterinary Hospital in Kildare. We are Ireland's Leading Equine Hospital and based in the heart of the thoroughbred industry. We can provide you with a varied and interesting caseload and provide you with access to a range of modern equipment such as MRI and Scintigraphy.
Duties will include the directing and management of the nursing teams' day to day duties and responsibilities. In addition to this, you will work closely with the veterinary team in all other operational duties as required and play an active role in driving and teaching clinical excellence amongst the nursing team.
This is a permanent position, where you will be required to work 40 hours per week, with a 1 in 5 weekend rota. Due to the on call requirements you will need to live in close proximity of the Hospital.
