The Role
Here at Wood Street Veterinary Group, we are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our Cockfosters Surgery. The role will involve consultations, and potentially minor operations if that would be the candidate’s preference.
The rota will involve working 30-40 hours per week between the hours
of 8:30am and 7:00pm. There are no out of hours with this role.
The salary for this role is up to £50,000 depending on experience.
About Us
We are a Hospital with 4 branches. We have full 24-hour facilities at
the hospital, so inpatients can be transferred here. All the equipment includes full X-rays, dental X-ray, ultrasonography, and laporoscopic equipment.
About the Team and Culture
Currently, we have 15 Veterinary Surgeons, 17 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 7 Veterinary Care Assistants, a Reception team, and a Practice Manager. Our Vets hold certificates in cardiology, surgery, and small animal internal medicine. Our Nurses also hold certificates in anaes-thesia and ECC. We have a close-knit team that all believe in supporting each other.
Applicant Requirements
We are looking for a confident consulting Vet with post-graduate experience.
