The role:

This role would suit someone who is ready to take the next step into a Head Nurse position or who has previous Head Nurse experience, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years qualified experience.

You will have clinical coaching experience, keen to support and develop our student nurses and not be afraid to get stuck in with the duties and lead by example. You will be fully supported within your move and we will offer full management training with our dedicated in-house Head Veterinary Nurse development program.

You’ll have a friendly and positive attitude and want to progress and expand your knowledge and skills further.

Strong mentorship and support will be available to help you develop your career and get the most satisfaction from your job. You’ll be free to devote all of your time to looking after your clients and patients.

RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse, Clinical Coach

Branch:

You will be leading the nursing and support team at our Cowbridge branch.

This clinic is a busy two vet practice, set in the beautiful market town of Cowbridge, which is situated in the Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. It is approximately 12 miles west of the centre of Cardiff.

Most of Cowbridge High Street and roads off it are lined with little indeoendant shops.

Cowbridge is well located for lots of other places to visit. Just a short drive will take you to the vast beaches of Ogmore by Sea and Southerndown, the lighthouse at Nash Point or the cliffs of Llantwit Major.
