Veterinary Surgeon Vacancy, Kensington London, busy orthopaedics caseload

This practice in Central London is easily commutable from areas such as Fulham, Kensington, Chelsea, Notting Hill and Bayswater

The Lead Vet in the practice has an excellent local reputation and they are very well set up for complex surgical cases, diagnostic imaging and dental work.

This is small team, of 2 vets, including this vacancy, in a highly sought after area.  As such, the incoming vet will be a pivotal member of the team, getting involved with a really varied caseload.  No need to see the interesting cases being passed onto the rest of the team.  Most of the time the role is working with the Lead Vet, however there are occasions of sole charge and candidates must be happy with that.

This role is based on a 4 day week with 1/3 Saturdays with a small share of bank holidays.

Our client is happy to pay up to £53k depending upon experience and offer a generous benefits package which include:

• £1500 CPD plus 3 days to study, more id certificates are being studied.
• 5 Weeks holiday
• All membership/registrations paid.

Ideally candidates will be comfortable with routine soft tissue surgeries and happy to manage their own medical caseload.  For candidates looking to pursue a certificate, this will be funded by our client.  They have also agreed to buy out training agreements tying candidates to roles they are really looking to leave.
