Severn Edge Equine Vets are going through an exciting time of development, with the addition by Spring 2023 of a brand-new purpose-built equine clinic just outside the beautiful market town of Bridgnorth, set in an accessible area of the stunning Shropshire countryside.

Our 7 fantastic equine vets are supported by an experienced administrative team and serve a diverse range of mostly insured clients from competition and sports horses to children's ponies and pleasure horses. We are looking to welcome a Clinical Director (maternity cover) who prides themselves on providing great leadership & coaching to their own teams coupled with a consistently high level of service to their clients.

This role offered on a 12 month fixed term contract will provide you with ample opportunity for progression and fulfilment, with comprehensive clinical management training also available and fully funded. You would be far from alone, with support from an excellent practice manager, administrative team and dedicated, experienced vets, as well as a large friendly network within the company.

We like to be flexible and can discuss a 4 or 5 day working week - just let us know what works best for you! Also, at present this role does not require any on call, however, as expected this may change depending on the needs of the business.
