Department of Livestock and One Health

The Practice Clinician post within the Department of Livestock and One Health is available as soon as possible for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave. It is based at the Leahurst Farm Animal Practice, situated on the University of Liverpool’s Leahurst Campus on the Wirral Peninsula.

The post is full-time and includes involvement in an out of hours rota (with senior colleague backup if required), for which a supplement is paid. This role will give an experienced farm animal veterinary surgeon the opportunity to work in an academic environment whilst still retaining a substantial clinical caseload.

The University has the right to close the vacancy early if it is deemed that there have been enough applications received.
