Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team in the Shrewsbury region at our Oakengates branch. 

This position will offer a varied workload working alongside our supportive team in practice. It will provide you with the opportunity to develop and progress, use your initiative and promote new ideas.  

In this diverse and dynamic role, you’ll be an RCVS Registered Nurse with small animal practice experience, you put high standards of patient care first and can demonstrate how you’ve worked with empathy and demonstrated initiative when needed. You also understand not only your role but also the capabilities of PCA’s and student nurses, and are eager to help colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge. You will have the opportunity to undertake clinical coach training to train upcoming RVN's and take part in developing a highly motivated team should you wish to do so.

This role is full time working 40 hours per week with 1:3 Saturday's

Salary up to £24,565

Medivet Oakengates has a friendly supportive team that consists of a Branch Partner Vet Surgeon, Nursing team of 4 staff including a HRVN and a receptionist.

Telford has great shopping, bars and restaurants at Southwater and is 40 mins drive to Liverpool airport.
