Open-ended, Full time, 35 hours per week plus a maximum of 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
We are looking for an ambitious veterinary surgeon with significant experience in all aspects of primary care small animal practice to be a part of a vibrant and exciting veterinary team.
The Opportunity:
Based at the Easter Bush Campus, Edinburgh, you will be responsible
for a share of our first opinion feline and canine caseload, clinical under-graduate teaching and supporting core clinical research activities.
We are situated within the Hospital for Small Animals, Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies and have access to state of the art facilities including an on-site MRI facility, CT scanner and a wealth of other diagnostic modalities. The role offers the post holder an outstanding opportunity to develop an exciting career in the primary care sector with ample scope to develop novel interests and clinical skills. The post holder will join a dynamic team who are committed to delivering gold standard patient and client care whilst also training the next generation of primary care veterinarians.

- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon
- Experience in animal practice
- Enthusiasm to teach clinical work
- Experience of teaching and/or research is beneficial.
- Post graduate clinical qualifications would be welcomed but are not essential.
