We're looking for a Head Vet to join our team! Salary £50-55k DOE!
You will be joining a supportive, friendly team based in Kinver, South Staffordshire. We are very lucky to have access to beautiful local countryside of Shropshire Hills, Kinver Edge, Clee Hills, Stiperstones and the Long Mynd but still within travelling distance of Birmingham, Telford and Shrewsbury, having great transport links to major roads, trains and canals!
We are looking for a confident and experienced vet who has a passion for mentoring and leadership. This could be a step up for you and a brilliant opportunity to lead and nurture a friendly team, or would suit you if you have already been in a similar role.
It's an excellent time to take leadership as the practice building will be undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment early in 2022, and so will be a fresh and modern working environment to put your own stamp on.
You will arrange vet meetings and clinical audits and will be striving for clinical excellence and practice growth, supported by your experienced Practice Manager. Our aim is to deliver exceptional customer care to our local loyal clients.
It's an exciting challenge for someone that wants to progress and work with Adrian, our experienced Clinical Director for the hub, to lead clinical initiatives and to assist with direction for the hub as a whole. The hub comprises Donnington, Madeley, Broseley and Kinver.
Role
4 days a week 8:30am - 6:45pm and a place on the Saturday morning rota, with no OOH or on-call.
