Join our friendly team in a modern standalone practice with an excellent local reputation.

This is a superb opportunity to join our thriving practice based in beautiful Lisburn Longstone, supporting the town and the surrounding area.

We’re a small friendly team led by Anna who opened the practice in 2015. Our ethos is a family feeling, fear free practice and we were the first gold standard cat friendly practice in the province. We want you to feel supported and appreciated rather than exhausted and taken for granted!  As well as Anna, a 11 years’ qualified Vet with a degree in Behaviour and Welfare, you will be working alongside a fabulous team including 2 experienced RVNs, 2 receptionists, 1 VCA and our very own practice manager!

The practice stands alone on Longstone Street with it’s own onsite parking and boasting Idexx in house lab, digital x-ray, ultrasound and 4 consult rooms, of which you can have your very own.

Your skills and experience

We’re looking for an empathetic vet with solid experience and good general surgical and medical skills. In return for helping us develop the practice, you can look forward to plenty of opportunities for training and CPD, including funding towards a certificate if desired.

A vet with an interest in palliative care would be desirable but is not essential.

Whether you join on a full-time or part-time basis we’re quite flexible so whatever hours you’re looking for, we do encourage you to get in touch. For us, the most important thing is to find the right person for the role.
