The Role
We are looking for a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our lovely team. The day to day duties include theatre work, inpatient care and nurse clinics. The normal week is 40 hours over 5 days with shifts between 8am-7.30pm. The current rota is 1:5 Saturdays with the following Friday off in lieu. This will move to 1:7 when our full team returns from maternity leave. There is no on call or OOH. Salary range £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience.
About Us
We are a small animal practice on the edge of the Cotswolds with a great range of onsite facilities such as digital x-ray, endoscopy, lab, dental x-ray & k-laser. We have visiting Orthopaedic and Ophthalmology surgeons on a regular basis. We pride ourselves in being a fear free practice for our patients and we utilise our nurses fully. We are very near the M4 corridor and we can provide temporary accommodation for someone looking to relocate.
About the Team and Culture
We have a team of 4 full time vets, 8 nurses and 1 ANA. We have a large support team of receptionists and managers. We have visiting specialists in Ophthalmology and Orthopaedics who operate and consult with us regularly. We offer school talks and have participated in local dog shows.
