Job Details

We are seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our practice at Medivet Canonbury. Year 3 Student Veterinary Nurse, soon to qualify would also be considered!

Medivet Canonbury is a large 3 vet branch with a great nursing team made up of our HRVN, 2 SVNs and reception team. 

The clinic is equipped with 2 cat consults, 2 dog consults, pet shop/large reception, digital x-ray, lab and ultrasound. 

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of nursing, working alongside the Head Nurse to support and develop the Student Nurses in practice. 

Salary and hours: 

This role works 40 hours per week with 1:6 weekends at our Kensington hospital and a fair share of bank holiday cover, with time back in lieu. 

There is also an on-call rota, approx. 3 weeks of the year to support our dedicated night team if required, enabling the development of your ECC experience. 

Salary £24,288 - £28,295 per annum, depending on experience (includes London weighting allowance) £300 CPD allowance with 2-days CPD leave, RCVS, VDS and BVNA membership fees paid. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
