The role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a small animal veterinary surgeon to join our newly acquired small animal practice in Littleover, Derby.

This is a fast-paced, busy practice where you will be working with the Branch Partner and an experienced, stable support team to assist you. Sharing in our values of being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you will need all the softer skills essential to working effectively, building trusting relationships with your colleagues and clients.

Hours will include weekend work, part-time and full-time applicants will be considered for this position.

Salary and benefits

  • Salary up to £55,000 PA.
  • Accommodation allowance.

  • CPD allowance of £1,500 and 3 days CPD leave per annum.

As qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team. Sharing our values of being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you will have all the softer skills essential to working effectively, building trusting relationships with your colleagues and clients.

Further education and development of colleagues is actively encouraged and a certificate can be supported for the successful candidate.
