Medivet is growing and it is an exciting time to join us - we encourage growth within your role and are truly committed to help our Medivet community members achieve their goals!

We offer clear career pathways, tailored by you to suit your individual needs as well as collective support with tips and tricks across the whole of Medivet and online learning which you can manage at your own pace.

If you're looking to become a Head Nurse in the future, we can help you get there, with access to further training and support with all the tools to continue your professional development.

Key accountabilities:

In this highly rewarding and fulfilling role, you’ll work closely with our team, performing essential nursing duties and ensuring pets have everything they need.

As well as administering treatments, performing diagnostic tests and assisting with surgeries, you’ll also run our popular nurse clinics, offering essential advice to clients on all aspects of pet care, from dental care to weight management.

As an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse, you can even help shape the next generation as a Clinical Coach, using your knowledge and skills to help train and support nurses of the future!

Branch:

Medivet Southwark is a cat-friendly clinic complete with cattery, and equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, ECG and dentistry facilities.

The practice is also excellently situated for our Camberwell 24-Hour Hospital for work-ups of cases, and where all out of hour care is managed by our dedicated night team. We also have an ambulance service in the region to hospitalise your patients.

We have a great team lead by our Branch Partner, Giuseppe with an additional Vet and a nursing and support team made up of our Head Nurse, SVN, PCA and Receptionist.

The clinic is walking distance to London Bridge and Bermondsey station, and has a lovely large park opposite the branch for lunch time walks.
