Veterinary Surgeon and Clinical Director
Lincolnshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for both a Veterinary Surgeon and a Clinical Director to join one of the largest, independent practices in the UK. My client has been established for over 50 years and has an excellent reputation across the region.
The main hospital is Tier 3, RCVS accredited with on site, 24-hour care and boasts fantastic equipment including a dedicated small animal orthopaedic theatre plus much more.
The hospital and branches are based in North Lincolnshire close to the Lincolnshire Wolds which is considered an area of Outstanding natural beauty.
The role:
This Clinical Director role provides a great opportunity for a driven and experienced Veterinary professional to develop their career in a busy and progressive team.
You will be support and guide colleagues, be highly skilled and knowledgeable in all areas of veterinary medicine and procedures, be passionate about delivering top quality veterinary care and be keen to be in a management position in a fast-paced environment.
No OOH or weekends.
Veterinary Surgeon – you will have a varied caseload with the support of experienced Vets in the group if required.
4-day week with weekends on the rota.
The Candidate:
The group are looking for a confident, experienced Veterinary surgeon who is keen to further their career in a Clinical Director role or Veterinary Surgeons with varying experience who are keen to develop further.

• Fantastic salary on offer – Up to £70k for an experienced Vet up to £100,000 per annum for the Clinical Director - dependent on experience
