The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Night Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team. This role will entail being onsite every Wednesday night from 7pm-8am the following morning, this is an awake shift. A handover from the evening staff will be given to nurses and vets. You will have sole charge of the phones so that will include answering calls from clients, creating a record of the phone calls and then referring onto the duty vet.

At our Bromsgrove branch, you will have all the facilities in order to care for inpatients with a separate cat, dog and isolation ward. You will also be caring for patients that have had orthopaedic procedures. The role would also include deep cleaning of wards/theatres and equipment on nights that are not as busy.

Established in 1996, we are a friendly & compassionate group with 3 practices and a pet fitness & rehab centre in Worcestershire. We provide a 24/7 out of hours service from our Bromsgrove practice.

We have a happy, forward-thinking team of vets, nurses and support staff as well as state-of-the-art facilities including sterile operating theatres, separate dog/cat kennels and isolation, use of digital and dental x-rays, ultrasound, endoscope and laparoscopy equipment.
