Medivet Dover (Burnham House Veterinary Surgery) is seeking a part-time Registered Veterinary Nurse to come and join their amazing practice.

This practice boasts a mixed caseload (exotics, farm, zoo work, wildlife, small animal), so the ideal candidate will have an interest and/or experience in one or more of these areas.

You must have a passion for delivering outstanding client and patient care and enjoy working in a supportive working environment. You’ll have a friendly and positive attitude and want to progress and expand your knowledge and skills further.

This is a fixed-term contract, lasting until June 2021, with the possibility of extension.

The role will cover 16-24 hours a week over 2-3 days (this can be discussed at the interview). There is also on-call and out of hours service included in the shift pattern.

Skills and experience:

You must be a veterinary nurse who is registered with the RCVS.

Medivet Dover (Burnham House) is a 6 vet practice that is part of 4 local branch surgeries (Walmer, Whitfield, Folkestone Dover Road) based along the Kent coast.

These practices boast truly mixed caseload comprising of exotics, farm, zoo work, small animal and plenty of wildlife! The practice is also involved in community projects and work with the RSPCA.
