We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate Patient Care Assistant/9 Month Fixed Term Contract to join our fantastic team at Anchorage, (Acle) Norfolk
Our practice is a light, airy and purpose built with modern Veterinary equipment, a large kennel area and a separate cattery.
The preferred candidate would ideally have experience behind them gained within the Veterinary Industry or similar sector, specifically in handling dogs and cats.
Excellent communication/client skills are of course a must! Including a good telephone manner to ensure we continue to deliver excellent customer service and client care. This opportunity allows for a great work/life balance in a very rewarding field.
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, working on a shift pattern between 10:00am – 7pm, Monday to Friday.

- Nursing care to patients.
- Preparation of emergency and operating facilities.
- General cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Running internal lab samples.
- Answering phone calls and dealing with incoming enquires along with troubleshooting emergencies.
- Serving clients and taking payments.
- Providing a friendly, efficient and effective service to clients.
