Night Veterinary Surgeon

We are currently looking for a Night Vet to join an amazing team in our Swanbridge 24 hour hospital. We pride ourselves on our caring, friendly and professional attitude and we will always aim to do the utmost for both our patients and clients. 

The Swanbridge Veterinary Group now consists of the central Swanbridge Veterinary Hospital complete with seven satellite branch practices, offering small animal services to the whole of East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. We have a dedicated team of 8 vets and a large number of nursing and support staff, working together to provide a 24 hour service every day of the year.

Our beautiful, well equipped hospital supports our neighbouring satellite surgeries, enabling us to provide a friendly, local practice with the benefit of high level surgical and hospitalisation support using fantastic equipment including Digital X-ray, Endoscopy, Ultrasound and a CT Diagnostic Suite. We are a first opinion hospital and have a dedicated team of vets some of whom have special interests in a range of areas including cardiology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics and exotic species.

This role is 7 nights on and 14 nights off but we are open to discuss any working patterns that suit you best! Experience of working nights is desirable but not essential.

The ideal candidate will need to be a registered Veterinary Surgeon with the RCVS, confident working sole charge, with the ability to make sound clinical judgement, have a passion for emergency and critical care and will thrive on working at gold standard in patient and client care.
