Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the team at our fantastic practice based in Danbury.

This role is on a fixed term contract as it is covering maternity leave, however, Medivet is constantly expanding which provides permanent opportunities for the right candidate in the future.

The role will involve all aspects of nursing as well as the day-to-day running of the practice. This position provides you with the opportunity to develop nursing clinics and use your initiative to promote new ideas; more responsibilities will form part of this role.

Medivet Danbury is a busy branch with a high, varied caseload. The clinic provides a range of services for its patients including x-rays, ultrasound and surgery, and also has access to a wider range of services provided by the Medivet group, including endoscopy, CT imaging and MRI. The practice is also supported by the regional 24hr Hospital, Medivet Southend.

The team consists of 3 vets and 5 nurses and is managed by our Branch Partner Koot and Head Nurse Kim.

The practice is located in the village of Danbury close to the busy town of Chelmsford, which has good transport links to London

and are truly committed to help our Medivet family members achieve their goals.
