The Role

We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our established team.

We offer a genuinely fulfilling role, allowing our vets access to surgical cases every day. We believe strongly in case continuity, so you will be able to see things through for your patients from start to finish. We also want you to have enough time with your clients, so consults are 15 minutes. We want you to be happy at work, but also believe in giving you plenty of time away too, so we work to a 4-day week, with 1:4 Saturday mornings only. There are no OOH requirements.

About Us

We are a family-run practice and still maintain that close-knit feel. We designed the premises ourselves and it was so good, it won a design award! We're fully equipped with digital xray, dental suite, doppler ultrasound, endoscope and hydrotherapy suite. We also have an orthopaedic kit, as two of our vets see a good number of these cases.

About the Team

We're a 6-vet team, with 8 qualified RVN’s and additional support staff. We're a happy bunch and are actively encouraged to pursue our own areas of interest. CPD will always be funded for those wishing to expand their knowledge and skills.

Applicant Requirements

As we're a busy practice, you will need to be confident with routine surgeries and be able to perform these in a timely manner without assistance. Communication skills are key for us, so you'll provide a high level of service to clients, as well as your patients. You'll also be a team player - we're looking for someone who shares our values and goals.
