Opportunity for a Head Nurse. Based at our Rogers, Brock and Barker Vets in the Stoke on Trent area. We have surgeries in Longton, Abbey Hulton, Cheadle and Blythe Bridge as well as a dedicated MiNightVet Out of hours service.

Stoke on Trent is of close proximity to the Pennines & Peak District giving great opportunity to explore stunning countryside on the doorstep. Stoke also offers great transport links to the major cities including Manchester and Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a RVN looking to progress into a senior role or for a Head / Senior Nurse looking for a new venture. Competitive salary package available.

Our practice has an enthusiastic veterinary team that consists of 12 vets (including Certificate holders), 13 RVN's who strive to deliver clinical excellence, as well as our support team which is made up off a Practice Director, Student nurses, Patient Care Assistants and Receptionists.

As Head Nurse you will be responsible for leading our Nursing team across all four sites. You will report into the Practice Director. You will be a confident Nurse with a passion for delivering high quality clinical and client care. You will either have prior experience of leading a team or have a desire to transition into taking on these responsibilities. You will be comfortable with managing the performance of the nursing team, hosting team meetings, work with the Practice Director on clinical development planning and creating clinical frameworks.
