The Role

We are currently looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team in our Dunfermline Hospital to help us provide routine, emergency and critical care for our patients.

This is a full-time role, working 4 days per week plus weekends and out of hours. Weekend days are worked on a rota of 1 in 12 with night duty/OOH's also 1 in 12 with generous stand-down time.

Inglis Vets is a Veterinary Group with branch surgeries all around Fife, Kinross, Clackmannan, Edinburgh and Polbeth, with our main hospital based in Dunfermline, Fife.

We have a fantastic team of friendly, enthusiastic staff and provide the highest level of veterinary services to our clients and their pets.

We offer our own Out of Hours service to our clients and have a high and varied caseload.

The Inglis team consists of more than 100 employees, with around 32 Veterinary Surgeons and 32 Veterinary Nurses as well as over 40 Client Care and support team members.

The Candidate

We have an incredible team of highly skilled individuals and are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Veterinary Surgeon to join our growing team. Experience in emergency care as well as routine consultations and operations is required. The candidate will work closely not only with the hospital team, but the teams at our branch surgeries as well, so should be confident working sole charge and as part of a team.
