Then we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vet with an interest in leading committed and supportive team based in Blackpool, to join us as our Clinical Director. We can also consider an RVN who has previous experience in a similar role or looking to take the next step in their career to join us as Practice Director. We are a first opinion, small animal practice based in the buzzing seaside town of Blackpool, Lancashire which has great transport links across the North West and is within easy travelling distance to the stunning Lake District.

This is a role which will allow you to maintain your clinical skills whilst utilising and developing people leadership and business management skills. Experience in the promotion and development of colleagues along with good knowledge of practice financial stability and growth would be an advantage.
