Job Details
Veterinary Surgeon
Watford
Due to expansion, my client is looking for a Vet Surgeon to join their experienced 7 Vet team.
As this is role is an addition, they are happy to consider a Vet 3 or 4 days per week and are happy to also consider a consult only Vet if that suits, so whatever your interests – keep reading.
This independent practice has been established for over a century with an excellent reputation.
You will be joining a busy, but supportive, fully equipped independent training practice, with RCVS GP status.
Equipment includes:
Digital X-Ray
Multi-modal monitors
Ultrasound
Endoscopic and Laparoscopic equipment
Exotic case load
The role:
3 or 4 days per week (8am – 6pm or 9pm – 7pm)
Weekends can be flexible – ideally 1 in 4 or 2 in 6.
No OOH
There is some inpatient care but again, this can be flexible.
The benefits:
Salary dependent on experience and hours.
CPD 5 days per annum plus allowance
Certificates funded and encouraged
Training in Laparoscopy
RCVS/ VDS plus one other subscription
Pension scheme
